Agnes Adele Art

I am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist based in Stockholm/Uppsala. I began my artistic journey with sculpture over ten years ago before moving into watercolour and gouache painting, with a strong focus on pattern. Over time, I developed ways of combining these techniques by creating hand-shaped clay jewellery that I paint using vibrant acrylics. With a background in biology, nature is a constant source of inspiration in my work, which is known for its bold colours, detailed patterns, and strong contrasts in both form and colour. Although I still create gouache paintings, my main artistic passion is functional art. Today, I focus mostly on my hand painted lampshades and miniature watercolour jewellery in addition to my clay jewellery. Alongside my own practice, I work part-time in jewellery production in Stockholm and regularly exhibit at art and design markets across Sweden.
